How it works

Your Wildly Rising coaching experience is intensely personal, impactful and designed for lasting transformation; and we can co-create it in a variety of ways: regularly scheduled 1:1 sessions (virtually) over a period of months, 1 to 2 full-day intensives, safe and powerful work in small groups sessions, or a blend of all these.

Regardless of format, we always start with your agenda, assessment and discovery. We’ll determine a baseline, build your core foundation (vision, purpose, strength and values) and identify your goals and leadership growth opportunities. We then create a Whole-Being strategy to fill in the gaps and work closely together as you turn your bold goals into a reality, continuing to evaluate, calibrate and celebrate all through the journey.
